EMS  – electro muscle stimulation training has been used for Professional sports people for a while. It has been used on the greats like Mr Bolt himself, seen above.

Experiments were done of the 22 German soccer players by The German Sports Centre, using EMS.

22 went on with training progamme as usual . The training was done over 14 weeks . At the end of the 14 weeks test were done, and the 22 EMS soccer players were tested for strength performance , speed and sprint performance , jumping performance and kicking speed.

The results were astounding. All the EMS trainers were considerably better than the non trainers who carried on with usual training.

The improvement was between 30% and 16 % which is huge for a professional sportsman.

The EMS training also cuts down of training time.

So, for an average person, 20 minutes of training a week shows tremendous improvement of muscle tone and fitness – and it is only 20 a week.
